Dr. Butler was very informative and was able to answer any of the questions that I had. She was very clear and concise with important information. She listens to your concerns and address them. There was a student that day that was in training that day and she was wonderful and thorough with information and listened to my concerns as well. Both were awesome physicians! Most definitely
Rock ⭐'s in my book I will most definitely be returning to Dr. Butler to continue in the care of my son ! Thank you Ladies for being AMAZING !

Our appointment was for 10 am, and we saw the doctor 1.5 hrs later. They made us wait in the examination room for total of 2 hours. The doctor did not apologize for seeing us so late. I wish I knew so I would prepare and bring enough snacks and toys because the baby was getting bored and antsy in a tiny room with nothing to do.I had to use the restroom but I did not know where to leave the child. Three different people checked on the baby and all basically did the same things. If I knew we did not even have to see the Dr. for vaccines I would just say it right upfront and save myself time. The nurse was kind and friendly, she apologized for the wait on her end because of slow internet. This location was kind of far from us so my commute was about 40 minutes each way, and I had another appointment to catch afterwards thus the wait made a big difference for me. Check out desk was empty when we left so I could not schedule a lab visit…Unfortunately, taking into account our first experience we wont be back.
