We experienced the same issue as Tim Smith. My mom has tried the Bot Banh Bao twice, and both times the dough came out hard as a rock. As Tim mentioned, the dough did not rise at all. My mom has tried a different product before these and they came out perfectly fine. I was going to try and contact them via email but I can't find it anywhere. Both the website and the website on the packaging lead to dead links.

OMG the same thing happened to me. I've used there bot banh bao in the past and loved it. Since COVID I don't know what happened to their product. The bot banh bao flour came out transparent, hard, and did not rise at all. I thought it was me so I used their bot banh bao flour 3 more times and the same thing happen. I'm very disappointed with their product and cannot get a hold of the company. Very bad business practice. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Who knows what they are putting in their products. I'm warning all my family and friends to no longer use any of their products.

Terrible products, bad yeast. I watched my wife twice today try to use the Bot Banh Bo. Both times after waiting several hours for the dough to rise it hadn't. Must be bad yeast. We usually use Vinh Thuan, but our local grocer was out. Not all companies are created equal. This one is definitely no equal to Vinh Thuan.

It was a waisted of time and energy when used this flour, the flour was never raised and after steam it discolored yellow like. Will never buy this product again. To save your time and money please buy something else.
