I cannot recommend this firm in any way shape or form. I gave them a $1500 deposit on a quoted $3000 job in Jan for scheduled job to start on April 1st and they finally showed up outta the blue June 29th. After numerous weekly calls to the girl at the office who didn't have a clue nor care saying "I'll have someone call you" and no one ever did. They would show up for 1/2 a day then skip two days and show up unscheduled or unannounced tear up the vessel leave it in disgusting shape not clean up after themselves. Then the job that they quoted at $3000 turned into $4800 to top it off they make you feel like you were undeserving of their over priced lousy service.
Don't Walk RUN AWAY!!!! And don't look back.

Reply to L&L's reply. The original quote and the extras that were secondarily quoted were not an issue. It WAS the never showing up on time, or on the same DAY then the WEEK for that matter, after confirming with your office the appointments. And not just once but 4 times, finally when we wrote them off of showing up, we are on the boat and relaxing on Friday and they show up unannounced. We had no choice but to let them work and cancel our plans. Then when we got the invoice months later it was well over what was discussed in the quotes.
So pricing aside, the way we were treated and "demeaned and spoke down" to as a paying customers on multiple occasions was unacceptable. If I'm paying YOU, and AHEAD OF TIME treat me with some BASIC respect.
The work that was done was acceptable, it was the rest of the experience we won't again repeat.
