I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time this evening (to go). Had high hopes since I’ve heard how great the Philly cheesesteak was. I ordered mine with provolone, peppers and onion. My sandwich had plenty of steak which was tasty but there was basically no cheese, maybe 3 or 4 slivers of peppers and a few onions. Even though the steak was moist, without the cheese it made for a dry sandwich. What a disappointment.

My girlfriend reintroduced Jersey Mike's into my life after switching vegetarian a few years back. We were having a hard time finding quality food to fit our flavor profiles. And sandwiches were something we lost the creativity to make.
I have been to every Jersey Mike's in the Saint Petersburg area. And I have found Tyrone to be the best by far!! This store takes pride in what they do and they have consistently delivered in making our sandwich perfectly to our satisfaction. Other Jersey Mikes skim on the cheese, sloppy in their building of the food, and just lack enthusiasm in their job. I don't expect cheerleaders but overall care about doing the best job you can matters. Props to the Manager at this store for whom they have hired. I have never met the manager, but based on how well this store is ran, it's cleanliness, and overall pride; they are killing it. Tyrone Jersey Mike's deserves a Raise and Praise!!

Terry at this location was a breathe of fresh air. In todays world people are rushed and quite frankly rude in most service industries..
Terry was busy today at lunch time with plenty of walk ins and pick up services..
He remained calm, very polite, apologetic and friendly. I’m in the restaurant business so I understand the stress of guest staring at you waiting…
Had a smile on his face at all times..
The other employees were very helpful and they seem like a good team..
Just my 2 cents worth..
Sandwiches always awesome.. restaurant was clean…

This chain is pricey compared to others, but you get what you pay for. The bread and meats are always fresh. The wait can take a tad long, but is always worth it. The giant Italian is amazing and any of the giant cheese steaks will rock your world. Oh, and always get it Mike's Way. You just don't mess with perfection. Now if you could just put one of these gems on Clearwater Beach!

I was excited to finally find a Jersey Mike's down here because I missed eating at them up North.
So I'm only rating a 4 because of the food was good and fresh.

When we entered the restaurant there was only one person in front of us. The employee was doing his best to try and multitask between online and walk in customers.
The line was continuing to grow and this one employee then went to get help after the line was maybe 6 customers deep as well as a pile of online orders.

So my question is why did we wait 15-20 minutes to get our food when there was ay least 2 more people in the back?
I tried my best to be patient because it wasn't the employees fault however I feel it's very inconvenient. You should have one person working on online orders and another on instore orders.

Just very disappointed in the wait. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean as well.

Has this location closed? The last 3-4 times we’ve tried to go there around 7:30pm-8pm they are closed. It’s currently a Saturday at 1:30pm and I just tried to order and they weren’t accepting orders online so we went down there and it’s closed.

I ordered a giant club from uber eats. The Italian one we ordered was really good I ordered a b giant club fog myself. It was ok but it was so soggy from mayo and other topping it was just really wet for no better description. I don't understand making a sandwich that is so wet it was impossible to eat without a fork. I literally had liquids running down my wrist while eating. Bizarre and it wasn't cheap! I'm very disappointed because it's usually good!
