A few years ago we purchased the Costco Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System provided by Superior Water hoping it would provide my family with clean, purified water. While the system's initial setup and performance were promising, I was ultimately left frustrated and disappointed due to a significant flaw that resulted in water damage in my home.

The system itself is sleek, install was good, and seems to offer good filtration. The water quality initially was excellent—crisp, clean, and refreshing. However, the real problem arose after the deterioration of a simple diaphragm in the filtration manifold. The system will leak from this diaphragm and water will seep through the cabinet where the system is installed.

The leak will pool underneath the system, causing damage to the cabinetry, flooring, and nearby electrical components. This will ultimately leave you with thousands of dollars in repairs, not to mention the headache of cleaning up after the damage.

I contacted Costco's customer support but haven’t heard back from them as of yet.

In conclusion, while the Costco Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System provided by Superior Water may initially seem like a good deal, its design flaw has a serious issue. I would strongly advise against purchasing this system unless the manufacturer addresses this critical problem. The potential water damage risk far outweighs the benefits of purified water.

If you purchase this item, be sure to waterproof the area and get an electric water detection system in place to alert you to the leak when it occurs. That diaphragm will fail. It’s just a matter of time.

Shopping at Costco is a MUST for my family since we live in a rural area. We usually go to the WVC location but today we went to this one. The pricing was great, as always. It was crowded with customers but the good thing is they had so many employees actually working. Every cash register was open, including self checkout. One of the front end employees actually came to help me check out because I had 2 carts full of items. They had everything in stock that I was looking for. The store is neatly organized and clean. And of course, my kids enjoyed the food samples.

I always enjoy shopping at this place as it is one of the most comprehensive and well-organized stores I’ve visited. The aisles are meticulously arranged, making it easy to access and find everything I need. Additionally, they regularly offer tastings of new products, adding an exciting touch to the shopping experience. The ready-to-eat food is notably fresh and served on the same day, while fruits, vegetables, and produce are consistently fresh and of high quality. I really appreciate the attention to detail they demonstrate in arranging their products. My only minor concern would be the parking area, which can sometimes be a bit challenging to find an available spot. Overall, shopping at this Costco is an experience I always look forward to.

Flying into SLC, we were going to be doing a road trip. Decided to load ourselves with essentials including water and stopped by here. I had read that this was the biggest store in the US and absolutely wanted to check it out. It was an amazing walk through and I loved the ? deep freeze. The varieties of tillamook cheese, bigger gallons of milk and best of all the big mascarapone tub had my heart wishing I lived closer to here. Not forget the organic yogurt tubs ?
And I was suspended that they opened at 8am while back home in Atlanta they open at 10am.

Yeah, we'll be rescinding our membership. My husband has the membership, we live in the same household and I have never encountered issues when I do the shopping. Due to the new check-in system, I was refused entrance by a condescending employee. I've always been treated with respect at Costco, but this time around I was treated poorly and dismissively by an arrogant, self-important employee, and I left absolutely seething. My husband and I will never be shopping at Costco again. Imagine denying a spouse who could produce ID and a video call from my husband, just because he wasn't present. Yuck. No, thank you.

Very busy but good selection of organic, grass-fed meat
