This place has so much potential with its large parking lot. I had to use the restroom and it was horrible. The restroom itself was disgusting, dirty and lack the appropriate items for workers to go back to work regulations. The manager was to busy “yapping with seemed to be a friend” to attend to customers. The cashier I had was very nice and pleasant since it was the holidays. This store had a variety of items that I need.

I recently had a disappointing shopping experience during the holiday rush, largely due to the subpar customer service provided by all store associates. Despite the store being busy, they seemed uninterested and unhelpful, failing to meet my needs. Their lack of enthusiasm and holiday spirit was noticeable, especially compared to my usual expectations. Unfortunately, their attitude fell short of providing a positive shopping experience. Hopefully, future visits will be improved.

When I walked in, my jaw DROPPED, there stood this silly little rooster. Tears came to my eyes as I dropped on the floor with pure disbelief of pure awesomeness. I screamed I cried, it found me, I found it, we found each other and our own purposes. I was found. Instant 10/10.You must bring your family here for a Life changing, beautiful, magical, wonderful experience full of beauty, magic, and wonder like no other. I was crying at checkout, not of sadness, but of my purpose being found. I will forever care for Franklin the silly Rooster.

Rest of the store was ok I guess.

They closed the bathrooms to the public at this location, which sucks when you have 4 kids who love to go to dollar tree but “can’t hold it in.”

Shelves are usually empty. A few weeks back they finally had an outside team of like 10 people stocking and the reorganizing the shelves. Didn’t check the aisles out this time because my little had to go pee so we had to leave.

The one check out line that others have mentioned is true; long line.

Worst Dollar Tree in area. The shelves are always half empty, items are falling off the shelves, the floors are dirty and littered. Parking is usually difficult. Although we live nearby, we have stopped going here. The Sunnyvale and Campbell stores are cleaner and well stocked. D T corporate is shooting themselves in the foot with their pay shopping carts. I will not search in my purse for a quarter, too much hassle.

Update 5.19.24 Still the worst Dollar Tree. Not wanting a long drive to Campbell, went there recently. The paper shelves were almost bare and stuff littered the floor as usual. Decided Not to check out because the 1 line was all the way to the back of the store. I saw a checker in another lane and asked if she was open. She said no, I'm closing. OMG, a huge line and only one check out lane. The Campbell store is cleaner, better stocked and better parking. Sunnyvale has gone down hill almost as bad as Santa Clara store.

Update 7.15.24 Again, the line was all the way to the back of the store. When will I ever learn. It was close and I only needed 1 item. I left my cart and walked out.

There is a lady by the name of Erica that son just died. I don’t know if it was over a drug overdose or what but she was having a manic episode in the store today she started screaming at me because two women cut me in line as I was checking out with Food and a drink. I called the police on myself because I had did nothing wrong. They did not give me none of my items. Erica is a white woman that works inside the store. I have never had any problems with her until today. She kept talking about how her son died. I don’t think that’s very professional of her. She should keep her personal life away from her work life.

Terribly maintained store. Half the contents of the shelves were on the floor in a big mess. Watch out for the Asian cashier lady, she scans same item multiple items and just shrugged when I asked about it. Definitely double check your bill before leaving!

Wonderful Dollar Tree!!
Well-lit, spacious aisles, easily navigable, & awesomely accessible!
The whole store is well laid out & every shelf is reachable! (Even for short little me!)
Plenty of carts available, nothing blocking the aisles!
Plenty of everything in stock (& of course, a bunch of things I'd always kept forgetting to get until I saw them on the shelves here - a definite perk of Dollar Tree shopping!).
WONDERFULLY HELPFUL ASSOCIATES!!!!!!!
The doors are even automatic!!! - A rarity among Dollar Trees, but it makes a HUGE difference to those of us with mobility disabilities.
I'm THOROUGHLY impressed with this Dollar Tree, & I HIGHLY recommend shopping at this location!!!
