Please avoid this type of treatment. Let me share my experience. I used Feifei's treatment for months without realizing how much it was harming my organs. She only cares about taking your money and doesn't prioritize your well-being. You never know what medication she is giving you, and she prescribes the same medication repeatedly.

I do not write negative reviews but I am compelled to write this one.

A few months ago, I brought my 7-year old son to Dr. Liu's office for a check-up. I chose her because she has very good online reviews. My experience with her was very negative. She called me and my son to her office, asked me a few questions, let my son stick out his tongue, and rapidly took notes on her pad. I wanted to asked more questions as my son has several health issues that I am very concerned about but she was very dismissive and discourteous. In a few minutes, we were out of her office.

After that visit, my son religiously took all her prescribed supplements & recommendations but after a week, my husband & I saw a drastic change in my son's behavior. He turned zombie-like, he was spacing out and was extremely inattentive that even my son's teacher noticed my son's behavior. She told me to see a doctor right away. Thereafter, I checked the supplement bottles given by Dr. Liu and I was very bothered with 2 things: 1) There were no ingredients listed in each bottle only her office name/address/phone number and the required dosage and, 2) there was no expiry date indicated on the bottles. I immediately called the US FDA hotline as I wanted to know whether the prescriptions I got for my son were regulated. The lady who answered my call from the FDA office said there are no FDA regulations on supplements. I was very bothered about what I found out. I immediately stopped giving my son the supplements Dr. Liu gave him. It took almost a week for my son to recover from his supplement-induced stupor. I know for a fact that those supplements altered my son's behavior as those were the only ones he took.

While others may have a positive experience with her practice, I do NOT recommend her. Find some naturopath or doctor that will listen closely to your concerns. Not somebody who will just hand out generic dietary recommendations and supplements without even explaining what they are for.

And the by the way, she charged me $125 for that visit (excluding supplements) that barely lasted for 5 minutes. Stay away from this practice if you want a more thorough and scientific alternative. It could end up hurting you instead.

I have been seeing Feifei since September. I went to her after taking myself off anti depressants. I was not balanced, an emotional rollercoaster. The first visit she sat and talked with me and asked about my health concerns. After that Feifei explained her process and then we began an acupuncture, traditional Chinese diet and herb treatment. Each week I would ask her about the treatments and the reasons behind her recommendations. Patiently she explained each thing, always addressing my concerns.
My insurance covers a portion of acupuncture but does not cover any herbs. I had a little sticker shock at the end of my first visit, but if it works... I would try to work it out. Feifei offers many financial levels for those of us on a budget, and she was very happy to work with me once I opened up to her about my position, to make the treatments affordable for me.
Working with Feifei is an amazing experience. I'm enjoying my journey into a healthier lifestyle, and after a few months of open communication and following her plan I feel so much better.
I highly recommend her for your whole body, mind and spirit health.

Feifei is amazing. I appreciate her skill and ability to diagnose and treat various health issues. Back in 2012 I was having so much pain from an ovarian cyst that I had already seen a surgeon to have my right ovary removed. I went to see Feifei because of depression/anxiety, and I mentioned the painful periods and cyst. She asked me to please not have surgery, to give TCM a chance. I did, and it was the best decision ever. Not only did the cyst dissolve, my menstrual cycle normalized and the cramps went away. This year (11/19/2018), I went back to Feifei for similar problems, and within 2 weeks the PMS and cramps are gone, depression has improved. I wish I knew exactly what she puts in these powders, but whatever it is, it works wonders. It’s definitely worth the investment. The taste is actually not bad (for the powders- I’ve never tried the tea). To me it tastes like spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. It’s amazing how she’s able to help resolve issues that are otherwise just masked by Western medicine. I am very grateful for what Feifei does, and based on how I feel after just two weeks, I am confident that with time I will finally know and feel what normal is meant to be.

I had a great experience with Feifei. On November of 2018 I had a mini stroke that left me in a great amount of pain, limited use of my right arm and no use at all of my right leg. I started treatment with Feifei and after my first visit I came out of the office walking by myself, with some help. After a few visits the pain had reduced dramatically and the use of my leg continued to improve. After 3 months I had complete use of my arm and leg and recuperated without even a limp. I recommend Feifei to everyone.

Update - Fei Fei treated me again for a disorder that was leading me to a hysterectomy . I took Chinese herbs along with acupuncture for ten weeks and I am now free of hpv. Fei Fei remains a very good friend of mine. She is a good listener. Her staff takes their responsibilites seriously and are always friendly and helpful . I highly recommend Fei Fei. 4/2019 Fei Fei is such an excellent practitioner, is extremely knowledgeable and takes her patient`s concerns very seriously. I have several autoimmune disorders which Western MDs are at a loss as to how to correct the problem. After three months of weekly acupuncture and daily drinking of specially formulated powders, my lab results show significant improvement. Fei Fei is easy to talk to and is always pleasant. I could not be happier with her skills!

I found FeiFei’s practice online and decided to go there because of the great reviews. She greeted me with warm smile and positive attitudes after listening to my concerns and gave me lots of good information about diet and lifestyle which turn out to be very helpful. The first session of Acupuncture was great, I was able to relax and sleep especially well that night. Then the herbal tea prescribed to me helped to keep my body warm and I became not as sensitive to cold winds and strong AC as before. My other body functions all improved too!

I first went to see Dr. Feifei for past neck and hand injuries which were nerve related to an accident. In Sept 2020, I started to see Dr. Feifei. It didn’t take long before I noticed remarkable improvement from Dr. Feifei’s medical care. She treated me with herbs and accupuncture for the nerves in my neck and hand. The best part of the whole healing process, “No pain killers, no steroid shots or surgery with effective results.”
On another occasion, Dr. Feifei treated me for skin rash. It quickly healed and went away. I have a several generations of allergy and asthma in my family history.
In Jan 2021, I decided to try facial accupuncture along with anti age treatment. I liked the idea that treatment would be without any cutting or injections.
To date, two packages (or 2 months)of face treatment (1x/week) have been done. Comments and compliments I received for my face were a surprise. Especially, since I didn’t announce the face treatment to anyone. The results from Dr. Feifei’s treatments are impressive. Even my husband approves and notices less wrinkles and age spots.
Rarely, do I give testimonials, but because I am pleased with the results, I felt the need to share my positive experiences with others about Dr. Feifei and accupuncture. It may not be for everyone but I’m a firm believer of accupuncture. Dr. Feifei’s skill and knowledge level is higher than most acupuncturist I’ve seen in the past. Her medical expertise makes it possible for her to diagnose, and treat a specific condition accurately. I don’t like taking prescriptions drugs due to numerous side effects, therefore, I’ve turned to natural alternatives including accupuncture and herbal medicine. Dr. Feifei’s expertise on herbs are excellent. "Most recently, Dr. Feifei is treating me for my gall bladder. If you’re not familiar with accupuncture and herb treatment, you will have to try it to experience the amazing results. You will be happy you did.
