My 1.5yo son had to see a dentist due to severe tongue and lip ties and this office was recommended to me by several people. Dr. Goodwin has been FANTASTIC through and through. She is so great with him. I even switched from my dentist to come here after the great experiences we’ve had.

My newborn son was referred to an ENT for a tongue tie release. We were also given the name of a dentist who specializes in them in town. We first called the dentist and they were able to get us in that day. We saw Dr. Goodwin and their staff and they were so welcoming and educational. Dr. Goodwin also found a lip tie that was not found by anyone else. She was able to see that both the tongue tie and lip tie needed to be released and we did it that day. The procedure was fast and breast feeding was immediately better right after. Dr. Goodwin and her staff were always available for any questions or concerns. They checked in on us and made sure we felt secure in our son’s care. They are very amazing at what they do and treat their patients so kindly. I cannot recommend them more!

To say Dr. Goodwin, Dr. Knable, and all of the staff at the office are amazing would be an understatement! Dr. Goodwin has taken amazing care of my 18 month old from the time she was 2 months old when she completed a frenectomy procedure on her. I have been going to Dr. Goodwin's office for as long as I can remember, and I have never left the office feeling anything but blessed. Dr. Knable is an amazing addition to the office and I am thankful to have such caring dentists taking care of my daughter and I!!!

Well i lucked out when I found Dr Goodwin's office. I moved from San Antonio to San Angelo. Chooing her to be my dentist was the right choice.The location is near my work and home. But most of all her staff are amazing. I love how they are great with my son. Overall if I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely incredible dentist. Very compassionate and kind. Takes time to adequately educate her patients on disease processes and management for best patient outcomes. Her staff is very helpful and knowledgeable as well, from the front desk to the hygienists and everyone in between!

Dr. Goodwin and her staff were absolutely the best! I was referred to her office by Allegra Gast IBCLC for an evaluation for my son’s tounge and lip ties. The entire staff was so kind and patient with my son and I they not only adored my child but helped walk me through the process of the tounge and lip tie releases! 100% recommend!

Dr. Goodwin and her staff are very professional, caring and friendly. I always have a great experience. I have my teeth cleaned by sweet Maggie. I had a crown replaced a few months ago Dr Goodwin is very meticulous and really explains what and how she will perform the work in layman’s term. I have anxiety about going to the dentist. They understand and respect me and make my procedures as calm as possible. Corina, the dental assistant holds my hand if I need her too. I am very satisfied with the crown and highly recommend Dr Goodwin and her staff.

I've been seeing Dr. Vance since the 80s. For me he has filled cavities, pulled teeth and given me a root canal. And when I had emergencies, they always got me in that day. The only pain I've ever felt was when he gave shots to numb me.
The hygienists do a great job. I've been to three over the years and they've all been good.
As for price, since he's the only dentist I've seen I can't really compare. But of course as with any doctor, mechanic, electrician, etc, you always wish it cost less.
I definitely recommend Dr. Vance.
Now that Dr. Goodwin has taken over, it's just as good. I had a couple of teeth that needed to come out. Dr. Goodwin saw me pretty fast and did it. No pain. Any the cost was less than I expected. I recommend Dr. Goodwin for sure.
