Be careful with this company. I had them for my home owners insurance when I found a different rate with another company I canceled my insurance with them three weeks ago. I called two weeks ago to make sure everything was done and completed I was told everything was good to go and just wait for my refund. I have still not received my refund so I called again today and was informed that it hadn't been submitted to the insurance but it has now and to wait again for 10 to 14 days it should be sent. I asked how this happens and was told it just does sometimes. I then asked if they was a website for this company I was told there was not one then hung up on.

Excellent customer service experience and took the time to explain and answer all the questions I had. I chose them to help me with my closing and it was such a seamless process from start to finish. They worked directly with my mortgage broker, at the closing table they asked me who my insurance agent was because they wanted to work with her since she got me the best rate at the best price.
