The young lady at the front was very sweet, welcoming, personable, patient, polite and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed which made me feel comfortable when asking questions. Great customer service and it started from the very first phone call to walking into the shop to leaving feeling satisfied. Then I received a follow up call ? definitely made my day! We have 2 more cars and will definitely be back with any car needs we have in the future!

Rolando and Milo are the best, they have taken care of me and my vehicles. They have serviced 3 of my vehicles and my sisters truck as well. I am happy they do a good job, never had any issues and they know I am a difficult customer but yet their work is remarkable. I highly recommend these guys. It's definitely a reputable shop!!

L&D Automotive has helped me with a couple vehicles now. Each time the quality of care is the same. The technology they have allows me to see in real time what is happening, with photos and videos of the issues. Great company, great values, and great service. Definitely what you want in a mechanic! L&D always take great care of my truck and me. Its are to find a good diesel mechanic. They have them. I go 45 minutes out of my way to take my truck to L&D. That’s how much i trust them.

The team performed a synthetic oil change for a very reasonable price. In and out in less than an hour with an appointment. Tech recommended headlight bulb change. The lamp color was not right on my inspection & I replaced them with halogen bulbs. 2001 Tundra still going strong at 300k+ miles. This shop has earned my trust and I will continue to return here and recommend them to friends.

Best shop in the area. I was searching for a private shop in the Rockwall area - since the dealerships can’t be trusted. Many friends recommended L&D. Easy appointment scheduling. Dropped off the truck in the morning and they gave me a ride back to my house, which was awesome. They diagnosed my issues and gave clear pricing and details. They ran several tests and shared the results including photos. I approved the work and they were done in a few hours and came and picked me up. It’s a good feeling to find a trustworthy auto repair shop. L&D is the best. 5 Stars. Trust me, take your vehicles. Ask for Roland.

Great service from everyone! Julie is so helpful as is the Site Manager Mylo ! Took our car there to get a feul injector problem fixed and they were so helpful kept us posted on all aspects of the repair. I highly recommend l&D for any vehicle repair they are the best at what they do.
