Approximately 19 years ago I had my irrigation system installed by S&L. On occasion I had my irrigation system winterized by them.I recently called to make an appointment with S&L to correct a service problem. The receptionist asked me if I was a customer. I explained that they installed the system years ago. She then asked me if they were maintaining the system yearly. No, was my reply.She then said that they weren't taking on new customers. I told her that I wasn't a new customer but an old customer. She then informed me that they were not able to service new customers because of a manpower issue. Guess what, that comment was uncalled for. You only consider people customers if you winterize their system?
Forget it S&L I'll take my business elsewhere.
