At the cashier I got charged for an item and the associate asked for help to provide me with the item and "help" never came. It took me after 20 minutes to get the manager and to complaint, then after another 15 minutes, finally I got for what I paid. Poor organization at the moment to provide team support. ?

I had a deeply troubling experience at this alcohol store. The staff exhibited blatant racial hostility, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Additionally, their absurd policy requiring every person in a group to present an ID is not only impractical but also discriminatory. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened; I cannot recommend this place. I came in with my younger siblings to buy my parents a drink and ended up not buying anything for them. I am their caretaker and can therefore not leave alone. I would also not leave them alone in the car because I do not feel comfortable leaving two minors unaccompanied. What would they do if a mother came in with her child to buy something for herself? This policy doesn’t seem to be full proof and there are still many solutions to overcome the “ordering for minors” problem. I came here out of my way, over thirty minutes, for the overall selection and price range. In short, the policy and staff are unpleasant.

Had a great experience! originally came in to just buy a champagne stopper but ended up also buying a cigar. Fish was great and helped me decide on cigar to get. Our register attendant was great too and recommended us some tequila.

Very nice store! So many varieties of wine. I came here to look around & used their restroom. The restroom has a sensor light and will cut off after a while. My first time using their toilets was terrifying lol I’m afraid of the dark. Anyway, I highly recommend.

Great choices of spirits n wine. I have been coming here for years staff are very friendly. The gentleman with long beard is very helpful and recommendations are pretty good.

You will spend hours in here. You will find some of the hard to find items. I found great gift giving items. The associates in the store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There is also a small wine tasting area. Great items for mixing cocktails and items for storing wine, champagne and Prosecco. Most of the items were on sale due to Christmas holiday and New Year. Enjoy shopping here.
