This is what you will find in almaden a few nasty bad apples, straight hateful and just awful to which others apologize for. Thank you that that messy duo is over at costco almaden. Now walmart here is nice again!

Was just at Walmart on Almaden. No carts in the store when you walk in. The guy sitting at the door checking receipts tells me I need to go search the parkinglot to find my own Cart... the checkout lines were extremely long so I had to use self checkout. When leaving (now a lady checking receipts) goes through every one of my bags (221$ worth) and questions me about what I bought.... if they don't want to do there job and have people check themselves out they shouldn't be holding people up at the door checking reciepts.

I really like this Walmart. I almost always to the pick up option where you park and they bring things out to you. Everyone is always so nice. They check my stuff and replace it if it’s damaged even when I didn’t notice. Each time they have been really nice and efficient. Plus, I don’t have to wait long for someone to come out with my order. Great people in that department!

You can still find value items at this Walmart but the checkout process is one of the slowest in the industry at least in my experience in the South Bay. It makes you wonder who is managing this location. A twenty minute wait in line is unacceptable these days

Ordered items for pickup this morning. Received a text telling me to “pre-check-in” prior to leaving home to speed up the curbside pickup. Before I even turned into parking lot, the app told me I arrived. Before I even parked, I got a message that I received my order and I watched them close the pickup door. I had to get out of my car, go bang on the door and have them search for my order… they were going to keep it! Frickn thieves.
